The thoughts of the owner and manager of the farm every day are busy solving a number of problems: health and comfort of the cows, veterinary needs, feed, equipment, sowing, harvesting and more. There must be another problem in the list: management of the stuff. Usually it doesn’t take one of the first places. Speech of the Representative of Advisory Service of the University of Michigan (USA) Phil Durst made the Ukrainian farm managers to take a fresh look at staff management. We decided to return to the study of American colleagues and once again draw attention to the problems that you may face or have faced. It is extremely important: improving management strategies not only enhance the productivity of employees, but also the economy. As a result, your farm will be a desirable place to work for many people.
