High yield is not always an indicator of efficiency and high profitability. In Ukraine, the average cost of a liter of milk is 4,10-4,20 UAH., and in some households — 4.50 UAH. However, there are others where it is equal to 3.5 UAH. Earlier, when sale prices were 5 UAH and above, you could close your eyes. And now liter of milk costs 3,80-4,20 UAH. Why in similar conditions of housing, the same number of livestock and milk yield, almost the same cost of milk differs in a hryvnia?
