As in other farms in SE «RE named afterDecembrists» that is in Poltava, pay great attention to calves rearin. Until recently, the transfer of calves from individual huts in groups ended stressfully for the animals and with disappointment for directors and employees. Now the problem is solved by innovations from abroad.

Before ...

Before this year, nobody knows about automatic calves rearing system. Within a month after the birth calves were keptin individual huts where they were rared with milk from buckets, also they got water and feed. When calves were transfered to groups, there always arose a problem: having gone through the stress of relocation and also getting instead of milk a substitute, they did not eat it and grew worse. To control the amount of consumed substitute for each calf was impossible.
