Vadim Chagarovsky, Chairman of the board of the Union of Ukrainian dairy enterprises — is a specialist who started his professional as foreman assistant at the dairy plant, and gradually passed all stages up to high positions in the dairy industry in Ukraine. During the years of independence he realized his dream and was the first, who built a new modern enterprise in Ukraine, and stimulated its development. He cares the interests of the industry and believes — new and interesting projects are yet to come.
