LLC «Agrofirm Dovzhenko» which is situated in Poltava region is the structural subdivision of the agro-industrial holding «Astarta-Kiev» — the leader in the production of sugar in Ukraine.

According to the results of 2016 company has set an absolute record for the entire history of its activity harvesting 505 thousand tons of sugar.

The milk production in the agrofirms of the holding increased to 106 thousand tons.

Victor Skochko, the director of LLC «Agrofirm Dovzhenko» told us about the compatibility of sugar and dairy business and new model of livestock production organization, which can be an example for other dairy farms.
