In the relationships between the producers of raw materials and its processors there is always a conflict of interests. Sometimes this conflict can be soften in a partner dialogue, sometimes in debates. From time to time, one or the other side steps on the warpath. This makes the whole market feverish. In many countries, the third force that help to stop this conflict are cooperatives. They serve to maintain balance. In Ukraine, this type of collaboration only starts to work. Olena Zhupinas, the head of the AMP project «Wholesale milk sales», tells how the formation implements on the Ukrainian dairy market.
