On August 6, a training seminar for veterinarians of dairy farms was held in Uman. The event was organized by Association of Milk Producers in cooperation with Milk Quality Control Laboratory UmanLabs and Estonian University of Natural Sciences.

During the seminar, new approaches to diagnosing and treating mastitis on a dairy farm were discussed, how to use properly the diagnostic tools, what for to do bacterial inoculation on the farm and determine the causative agents of mastitis and whether it is possible to achieve SCC in bulk milk of 100 thousand/cm³.
