Motivation of the staff in the AIC

In a highly competitive situation in agricultural market, more and more companies invest in human resources development, regarding it not to be an expense, but as assets of the company.

Human resource management, as well as any other administrative process, includes following components: planning, organization, motivation and control. Personnel management is the universal system, and is difficult to determine the importance of any of its components, but with the increasing market competition motivation becomes an increasingly important function.

Staff motivation is a process of internal and external incentives usage that helps encourage employees to work actively for achieving certain personal and organizational goals. The motives are the internal driving forces of human that affect the method and results of her operations. The impact on the structure and motive impact strength is made through the tangible and intangible tools of encouragement. It should be noted that the maximum motivating effect can be achieved only when there is an optimal system of motivation that combines both tangible and intangible means.
