Israel — dairy leader of the XXI century

Yet in the plane, before landing in Tel Aviv, watching the endless sands, it was hard to imagine how one can be engage dairy cattle breeding in the desert and still achieve better global results. From the airport we immediately headed to the north of the country, where we spent the first night in Beit Rimor Kibbutz under the Golan Heights. All around sets the feeling that the country is in a state of constant expectation of war: military helicopters “Apache”, leading permanent patrols, lots of armed soldiers in city streets.
