This time we are going to disarrange the structureand presentation of information. Immediately after the interview we’ll post two materials about dairy tour to the USA. It was in early December and was organized by FAO and EBRD. The trip was full of interesting and useful meetings and sometimes contradictory information that prompted to think and spawned many new ideas. We’ll tell about technical visits to the holy of holies place for every Ukrainian milk producer, – it is the farm. In other issues we’ll tell you about visiting small and large cooperative associations of American milkman and research institutions.
