There is hardly a leader of agricultural enterprises, who never had a problem of searching a new employee. Each was asked the question: where to find the right specialist? How to correctly assess his knowledge and not to be mistaken with a choice? How to convince people to change their place of residence and move to a «demeaning» village?
It is hard to find a true professional — their current employers are well aware of their cost and if the employee is actually qualified, his supervisor will do everything to keep him in his enterprise.
