Subject cost of milk will remain relevant as long as we do not learn to manage it properly. The biggest item of expenditure in the cost structure of milk production is feed (60-65%), including gross (20-25%). They are the reserve, which are often underestimated.

Serious errors during harvesting indicate the lack of skills and skills in work with forage crops or lack of a clear understanding of the need to procure high-quality main feed.
