Dairy farming doesn't stand still, new technologies constantly come into the industry. However, at the farms they appear earlier than in institutions which train future workers for dairy enterprises. The time requires to find ways of students' quality training. One example of this is the cooperation of Sumy National Agrarian University with the Association of milk producers, which together are trying to resolve gaps in staffing.
