This time, we share an experience of independent consultant from the United States Lindell Whitelock on example of a dairy farm Larson Acres. For many years, he accompanied the project and is convinced that the effectiveness of the farm is based on two things — the right personnel policies and successful reproduction. There are many factors that make a successful dairy farm: modern equipment, software, healthy animals, feeding program, and others. But they are worth nothing without the workers, who play a major role during the production. This opinion is shared by the owners of «Larson Acres» — a family farm in southern Wisconsin, where the milk is produced over ninety years.
