The success of a business depends to a large extent on the personality of the leader. Thanks to his strong character and excellent organizational skills, Pyotr Ivanovich Tikhonyuk managed to rebuild the Litinsky Dairy Plant (TM "Belozgar") and the POSP "Napadovskoe" in the Vinnitsa region practically from scratch. Currently, both enterprises are efficiently operating: the dairy farm produces about 40 tons of raw milk every day, and the plant - 12 tons of dairy products. Their owner told how to organize production, form a team and get results.
